Mad Hatter Corps

Some headshot designs of some of the other members of the Mad Hatter Corps. Each has their own distinct personality, motivations, weapons and methods of tracking their captures. Here’s who we have:
- Bucket: Bucket is an immensely friendly man, though he hides his true torment behind that bright smile. He’s usually seen wielding a revolver as well as a bouquet of flowers. He apparently (or maybe at one time) works as a florist, for place called PJ’s. He wears a bucket hat, hence his name and marks his significant captures with flower pins on his hat. His two capture symbols are his hat and a pocket watch he carries on him.
- Balmoral: A large, hardy man, Balmoral is an expert with explosives. Though the Mad Hatters don’t usually have partner assignments, he’s usually seen traveling around with Bucket. The two make a good pair in combat though Balmoral is quite concerned for his friend’s mental health. Using his explosive, he captures most of his bounties with traps, which he marks with pins around the rim of his hat. His symbols are his hat and wrist watch.
- Fedora: A cold, calculating woman, Fedora is one of the Mad Hatter Corps most successful hunters. At one point, there was a thing between her and Tricorne, but she cut it off for professional reasons. She travels alone and likes to drink hot chocolate. She usually is armed with throw knives which she wields with deadly accuracy. Her two symbols are her hat, lined with gems marking each capture, and the gem and bow around her neck.

- Panama: Known as the Mad Hatter Corps sweetheart, Panama usually lures people into a sense of misplaced comfort. She usually is able to keep from using violence for her captures, but she will use for if necessary. Her weapon of choice is a sword built into the parasol she carries around. Her captures are marked with heart shaped pins on her hat. Her symbols are her hat and and her jeweled bracelets.
- Derby: A quiet man, Derby is constantly tired. He likes to sleep a lot, but is a successful bounty hunter nonetheless and the golden pins on his hat prove that. When he’s not napping, he likes to spend time fishing and really likes boats, though he tends to get seasick. Due to his interests though, he usually is armed with a spool of fishing wire. He would be of better standing in the Corps if he wasn’t so lazy, but he’s still a targeted man. His symbols are of course his hat as well as the fish skin leather pouch he wears on his belt.
-Windsor: A chatty girl, Windsor is one of the newer people to the Corps. Like wise, she likes to pick on Feathercap as the newbie and has a lot of confidence in her abilities. Sometimes this confidence is out of place and she gets into trouble, but she’s at least quick on her feet and is good of getting of the that same trouble she got herself into. She keeps track of her captures via the bands on her one dreadlock and is usually armed with a cricket bat. Her symbols are her hat and then her dreadlock with her capture bands on it.
- Cloche: Cloche is a bitter young woman and is known as the Corps’ Storm Cloud. She always seems to act on her own agendas and only does work for the Corps for the financial benefits. She’s very selective on her contracts and seems to be out to get a certain person who she still has a grudge with from her former life. She carries around a revolver, but this serves as backup, as she is more likely to stab someone with the nearest pointy object. Her symbols are her hat with the capture pins long the ribbon, along with her scarf.
- Boonie: A strange man, Boonie is one of the Corps’ memebers usually stationed in the northern regions. He dresses warmly all except for his headgear and only wears a flimsy boonie hat. He is a bit odd in both his habit of talking to himself and his immense liking of candy and other sweets. He’s usually armed with a switchblade and lollipop and plays with both constantly, as he’s a bit paranoid. People blame his jitteryness on all the sugar he eats. His symbols are his hat, that’s usually lined with bows tied from candy wrappers and jeweled ring he wears on his right pinky.
- Boater: Boater is one of the oldest and more experienced Hatter, but hasn’t shown a sign of slowing down. Besides being a bounty hunter, he’s also an avid poet and therefore, only uses his feet as his primary weapon and has a rather deadly kick. He believes his hands should only be used for writing. However, he also is known to use his cane as a secondary weapon. He’s sometimes seen around Panama and treats her like a granddaughter. His items are his hat, adorned with small silvers pins proving his success as a bounty hunter after his many years of service, and his cane.

- Gatsby: Known as Giggling Gatsby, he’s considered a large, though dangerous, childish man. Gatsby has a twisted sense of humour and giggles a lot and sometimes, it’s hard to tell why. He likes to speak in riddles from time to time as well and is also referred to as Cheshire. It’s rumoured at one point he was a tailor and is knonw to make his own clothing. His weapon of choice is croquet mallet, though he hates the game. His symbols are his hat, with capture buttons haphazardly sewn on it, and his custom made tie.
- Bicorne: Though a seemingly quiet, melancholy man, Bicorne actually has bipolar disorder, which fits with the two pointed nature of his hat. He wanders about alone most of his time and is a proficient bounty hunter despite his disorder, though it causes him to handle things differently in certain situations. During his depressions, his methods are more calculated and sadistic, whereas in his mania periods, they’re wild and reckless. His weapon is generally a kitchen knife. Bicorne’s symbols are his hat, that’s donned with a an emblem he lines with black and white feathers.
- Beret: A reserved woman, Beret is a mystery to most. She’s not seen out on the field much and only really appears to assign other Hatters new assignments. She’s considered the group’s secretary and takes orders from the top, acting as his right-hand woman. However, Beret is still in the Hatters for a reason and her hat does still sport gemmed pins for her captures. Still she’s elusive and leaves most of the work for the other Corps members. She keeps a telescoping baton on her as her weapon and her symbols are her hat and bag of plush messenge-holding mice she carries around with her.
